About Dr. Rachel Fichter
Visia Leadership was founded by Dr. Rachel Fichter, a scholar-practitioner with a rich tapestry of experience in business and leadership development. Her journey—from corporate leadership roles to coaching, advisory, and academia—embodies a relentless pursuit of learning and transformative change. She is passionate about helping leaders and teams develop their capacities to create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.
Previously a Vice President at S&P Global and Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, Rachel is committed to using her skills, knowledge, and experience to help people enact positive change in themselves and the world around them. A published author, Rachel holds an MBA from Duke University and a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University where she is an Adjunct Professor. She also teaches coaching at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Her current research explores the relationships between executive development and hybrid intelligence.
Rachel combines her extensive background in leadership and organizational strategy with a profound passion for learning. Combining deep insight with practical application, her work is not just about coaching; it’s about creating leaders who thrive in complexity. Her approach inspires leaders to ask questions and make bold, brave contributions to a regenerative world.
Rachel is at home in Brooklyn, New York, and Veyrier-du-Lac, France.
