New Practice of Leadership

I’ve had the incredible pleasure to work with Rachel Fichter – she has an innate ability to make me feel seen and understood while asking the right questions to guide me to the root cause of an issue I’m working through. Rachel provides a collaborative and nurturing space to support my leadership development journey and provides practical tools to help me implement small changes and practices in my daily life to help me reach my personal and professional goals. Through our coaching sessions I’ve learned to observe and modify certain behaviors to help me better executive on my long-term strategy. I’ve been able to work through feelings of self-doubt and imposter syndrome with compassion and vulnerability.
